Chloe’s Clare Waight Keller spoke of a “new romantic feel” for her Resort collection. Many of her tops and dresses are basically an over sized scarf, cinched with embroidered waists or belted. I love the setting for Resort 2013 almost more than the clothing, with models standing on mirrored floors in the middle of a field.
